Care Therapy Group provides compassionate, person-centered therapy and nutrition services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our care is tailored to each person's goals, abilities, routines, and individual needs.
We work closely with families, caregivers, providers, and care managers to coordinate services across the environments where each person lives and receives care.
Whether services are provided in a group home, day habilitation program, private home, or through telehealth when appropriate, our focus is on helping individuals build skills, maintain independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes in everyday life..
